Led a team of 50+ people across Design, Art and Code to deliver a fully playable game. Responsible for keeping multiple disciplines aligned, maintaining momentum, and presenting the final showcase to over 100 industry guests.
Conceived the core idea and gameplay systems from scratch. Founded the Pillars of Design, X Statement, Razor Statement and Elevator Pitch, then led the Design Team to maintain that vision consistently throughout production.
Single player and puzzle/narrative levels built in Unreal Engine — from initial whiteboxing and blockouts through to dressed, playable environments with Blueprint logic and UI/HUD implementation.
